How To Structure A Revenue Operations Team

and many more...
My reason for starting Take on Goliath was a simple one. To help people succeed in their goals, both in business and personal development. My strengths and passions all revolve around understanding people, in particular, those in business. It’s therefore natural for me to be coaching business owners. Supporting them with learning new ideas. Inspiring them to seek more from themselves and others and to have a clear vision of what can be achieved.
Never sell to those that don’t want or need you.
Be honest in your words, actions, and feedback, even if it may hurt initially.
Be sensitive to other people’s values, beliefs, and stresses.
Be the best I can be for myself and my clients.
Be available but not taken for granted.
Don’t over-promise and underdeliver but do what you say you’ll do.
If you can help, help.
Through Take on Goliath, my aim is to help and support as many small business owners as possible.
To teach others to bring out their inner coach to ultimately improve their knowledge of themselves and their business.
To always be giving back in some way and make myself available to support good causes.
Many business owners are under time pressures. I find ways and processes to reduce the time business owners currently spend in their business so they can spend more time on their business driving growth and therefore profits.
To get the most out of mentoring, we need to be able to effectively communicate. It’s vital for knowing, and therefore, getting what you hoped you would out of being your own boss. Unlocking this skill opens a whole new side to your business you didn’t necessarily know existed.
Goals and strategy come hand in hand, therefore, you will always come away from one of our sessions with something tangible to assess and/or implement. Once your goals are set – we will continue to make achievable and positive changes.
